Well, other than the one to chocolate and/or anything sugary and sweet...my newest addictions are Facebook and Ebay. Facebook just because I love being able to keep in contact with so many long, lost friends from high school, college and beyond. It's great!! I have reconnected with people I never thought I'd hear from again. And I have to check on a very regular basis to see what's going on. Sadly enough, I've also sucked my husband into this addiction as well. At least I'm not alone.
My addiction to Ebay is one I never thought I'd see, honestly. I've never purchased anything from Ebay (so those of you who know my shopping habits - I forgive you for assuming my addiction is one of spending money!). Instead, I LOVE selling all my junk that I no longer want or need. I get to clean out my closets and make an EASY extra $200.00 (or more) a month. It's like having a garage sale without the hassle AND getting more money for my items. And, I love watching strangers "fight" over my stuff, which is kinda sad, I know. But, at least I'm getting something out of it, right? And the more they fight, the more I make. So fight on, strangers!!

Nicknames
Around here, Brychan has several different names - all by different people. For example. When he was first born, David called him "Bugaboo". Now, that has been shortened to "Boo".
Grandpa Davis calls him "Butter-brickle". Not sure where that came from, but I thought it was cute.
A few months into his life, I started calling Brychan "Bug" (no correlation to David's "Bugaboo"). Not sure why, or where it came from, but I love it and he answers to it, so it's all good.
His newest name? "Ya-Ya". A family in our ward loves how Brychan rambles "ya-ya-ya-ya-ya" while emphatically nodding his head (usually at nothing, but just for fun), so they've started calling him by that.
I'm not sure if this will confuse him down the road or not, but for now he seems perfectly happy answering to any of the above! He may not be so willing in 12 to 13 years from now! :)

Results of Walking
The story of how this happened to Brychan is pretty long, but Sunday mornings are especially hectic for us, as we have to be to church at 9:00 and David is out the door to all his meetings at 6:30. In the craziness of the morning, Brychan ended up falling on his face, resulting in biting his upper lip and hitting his cheek and nose hard enough to bruise. Luckily, by the end of the day, his lip had gone down to it's normal size and is now just bruised. Poor baby!!

Walking
Sorry it's such a short clip - he really does just walk around everywhere now - but he was being quite uncooperative today. The walking is what lead to the fat lip, bumps and bruises all over his adorable little face he also received this morning. Those photos are coming soon!
**Brychan loves watching this video. Everytime we get to the part where I'm saying "Yay!!!", Brychan starts smiling and clapping as if he's cheering himself on.

Hair, Hair Everywhere!!
Lately, everybody has been commenting on all of Brychan's hair. Yes, he has a ton of it and is probably ready for his SECOND hair cut (it's starting to get a little too mullett like again in the back). I've commented before on his crazy, out of control hair and now I have the proof!
This is what we deal with on a daily basis. If we're going someplace, then I deal with it multiple times a day (which consists of completely wetting it down, adding gel and lotion and keeping my fingers crossed). If we're staying home - I mess with it once and call it good. It's hopeless!!

Daddy's Birthday Cake
On Wednesday, Brychan was very intent on "helping" in the kitchen while I started David's birthday cake. So...we gave him one of the chocolate cookies that I was prepping for the cake. Obviously, he rather enjoyed sitting in the pile of laundry chomping on his cookie. He later started licking his hands...
